Drawing upon our past national experience in auditing large government contractors, we started as a firm in 1990 by providing direct service to not-for-profits that were principally funded by governmental agencies.
The firm’s practice concentration has been and remains focused exclusively on not-for-profit organizations. The firm’s not-for-profit client base has increased while our basic accounting, auditing, tax and consulting services have expanded to include a variety of new and value oriented, mission driven consulting services.
The firm and its CPAs are all members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and various State Societies of Certified Public Accountants, The firm has received a “clean” peer review opinion with no matters for comments – attesting to the outstanding quality of the professional services provided.
We balance our role as professional advisors to not-for-profits through direct involvement in not-for-profit activities, including membership on many boards and volunteer work. We continue to advocate for changes in laws and regulations that will have a positive outcome for not-for-profits in our home state and throughout the United States.
Mr. Noble, is the past chair and current member of the NJSCPA not-for-profit interest group, member of many not-for-profit boards and frequent lecturer on and publisher of articles on fiscal subjects effecting the not-for-profit industry. Mr. Noble is widely regarded as an expert in complex compliance and auditing areas and provides advice to many practicing CPAs.
We look forward to working with you and your organization.
